After the HTC One , its younger sibling the One mini has appeared sporting a gold hue. GSMArena got their hands on the leaked images of the One mini gold edition. Unlike the iPhone 5s and the Galaxy S4 , the One mini gold edition has been built from 24 carat-gold. It is a genuine premium edition built by some third party jeweler and not HTC, according to the report.

While HTC may not be officially selling the gold One mini, it could join the HTC One, which is currently being sold by Gold Genie . The 24-carat gold version of the HTC One is available for pre-order. The 32GB model of the special-edition costs £1,895 (approx. Rs 1,90,127). The platinum version of HTC One is available for £2,095 (approx. Rs 2,10,193) while the rose gold edition is priced at £1,995 (approx. Rs 2,00,160). However, there is no word on the pricing or availability of the HTC One mini gold edition yet.
Let’s take a quick recap of what lies within the HTC One mini. It comes with a 4.3-inch display sporting a pixel resolution of 1280 x 720. That amounts to an impressive pixel density of 342 ppi. The One mini comes with the same rear camera as the One i.e. a 4-megapixel primary camera with an Ultrapixel sensor as well as a separate Image2 chip for image processing. The One mini, however, sports a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera and lacks HDR capability. Another potential drawback is that the One mini has 16GB of internal memory with no option to upgrade.
