Looks like Samsung won't be the only company to launch its flagship at the MWC 2015. If rumours are to be believed, then HTC is all set to unveil the successor to its One M8 at the tech show on March 1. A listing of the alleged HTC One M9 has leaked just ahead of its official announcement, reports MobileGeeks.
Along with the full set of specifications, it also shows some press images and a price tag of 749 euros (approx Rs 53,000).
The One M9 will have a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB onboard storage and support for microSD expansion. The not-s0-popular UltraPixel camera has reportedly been moved to the front of the device and a new 20-megapixel sensor is fixed on the rear side.
The listing also shows Android 5.0 Lollipop along with a layer of the new Sense 7. Other features include a 5-inch 1080p display, and new two-colour scheme. The leaked images reveal two-toned gold silver look and the also a gunmetal grey option. Overall in terms of looks and aesthetics, the HTC One M9 hasn't changed much, and would quite remind you of the popular HTC One M8. However, just like LG, HTC has also moved the power button to the side of the device.
A recent report by the almost-retired @Evleaks had hinted that the company, just like Samsung, will launch two new models - the standard One M9 and the larger Hima Ultra. The larger Hima Ultra model reportedly won't be a larger variant of the standard M9, but features a HTC-logo black bar integrated with a home button and some other refinements.
