Taiwan-based HTC has unveiled its new, dual-SIM capable Desire 600 smartphone in India.
The Desire 600 smartphone sports a 4.5-inch display and BlinkFeed aggregates social streams and news on it. It sports an 8MP shooter at the back and a 1.6MP front-facing camera. The HTC Desire 600 smartphone, adds the company, automatically creates professional-looking 30-second show reels without the need for advanced editing software. All this is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.2GHz quad-core processor.

The company reveals that the Android-running Desire 600 smartphone is the first mid-range offering from its stable to offer its latest Sense 5 experience – HTC BlinkFeed and HTC BoomSound, most recently launched as part of the HTC One. Drawing on local and global content from more than 1,400 media sources, BlinkFeed draws on more than 10,000 articles per day from some of the world’s leading media companies including AOL, ESPN, MTV, The Financial Times and Reuters.
The dual-SIM capabilities of this HTC smartphone allows users to have two SIM cards active all the times, enabling them to receive a call on one line, even if they are already using the other.
The smartphone is further endowed with dual front-facing speakers coupled with Beats Audio integration for users to experience mobile entertainment.
For those looking to buy, the HTC Desire 600 smartphone will be available at an MRP of Rs 26,990 and best buy price of Rs 26,860.
