HP launches Pavilion Plus laptops with IMAX-enhanced displays, AMD and Intel CPUs

American PC manufacturer HP has unveiled its latest addition to the laptop market in India, the Pavilion Plus series. The HP Pavilion Plus series offers consumers a choice between 14-inch and 16-inch screen variants, with prices starting at Rs 91,999 and Rs 124,999, respectively.

The 14-inch variant of the HP Pavilion Plus is available with either 13th Gen Intel Core processors or AMD Ryzen 7 series processors. Meanwhile, the 16-inch variant is equipped with 13th Gen Intel Core processors and is paired with the powerful NVIDIA RTX 3050 GPU.

Both models feature HP Presence 2.0 software, providing AI-based video conferencing capabilities, and IMAX-enhanced displays. The HP Pavilion Plus 16 laptop is available in warm gold and natural silver color options, while the HP Pavilion Plus 14 comes in moonlight blue and natural silver.

HP Pavilion Plus 16: Specifications
The HP Pavilion Plus 16 boasts a striking 16-inch 2.5K resolution display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 (H-series) processor, with an optional 6GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU.

This laptop is equipped with 16GB of DDR5 RAM and offers storage options of up to 1TB NVMe Gen4 SSD. Connectivity options include a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-C port, two USB-A ports, a headphone/microphone combo jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port. The Pavilion Plus 16 supports Wi-Fi 6e for seamless wireless connectivity.

Weighing in at 1.9 kg, the laptop is backed by a 68Wh Lithium-ion battery. Other notable features include a 5MP IR camera, a manual camera shutter for privacy, and Windows Hello support.

The HP Pavilion Plus 14 features a vibrant 14-inch 2.8K resolution OLED screen with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. It offers a choice between a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 (U-series) processor or an AMD Ryzen 7 (H-series) processor.

Unlike its larger sibling, the Pavilion Plus 14 comes with an integrated GPU and does not provide an option for a dedicated GPU. The laptop offers 16GB of DDR5 RAM and supports storage capacities of up to 1TB NVMe SSD. Connectivity options encompass a Thunderbolt 4 port, two USB-A ports, a headphone/microphone combo jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port.

For wireless connectivity, the Pavilion Plus 14 supports Wi-Fi 6e. This model weighs a mere 1.44 kg and is powered by a 68Wh Lithium-ion battery.
