HP has launched a new desktop PC that doubles as your PC. It’s called the Omni 200-5310IN and it’s an all-in-one desktop PC with a built-in 21.5-inch LCD screen. The Omni is powered by an Intel Pentium Dual core E5800 3.2 GHz processor and 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, which is expandable to 8GB. A 7200 RPM 500 GB HDD provides the storage space for the PC. The screen used is a full HD 1080p capable. The screen can be tilted for comfortable viewing angles. Finer integrations include a memory card reader, 8X DVD writer, a webcam, integrated speakers and microphone. The PC can be used as a TV all thanks to the integrated TV tuner component. HP bundles a standard USB keyboard and mouse with the PC.

HP is known for its all-in-one desktops. The Omni runs on Windows 7 Home Premium and HP is selling this range of all-in-one PCs starting at Rs. 27,030. The Omni 200 with a TV tuner built into it is likely to attract those who would like to use a PC and view television on a single device.
