A few days ago Honor became the first company to publicly showcase a smartphone which would have a hole in the display for the front-facing camera. This smartphone was the
**Honor View 20** but it is slated for a launch only on 26 December in China. At the event, a few things were confirmed about the phone such as the All-View Display, a new Link Turbo technology, a new Sony IMX586 sensor and the Kirin 980 chipset. post, the phone has been reportedly spotted on the benchmarking website AnTuTu with an impressive score of 291,244. This makes sense since the phone is powered by the latest 7nm octa-core Kirin 980 SoC, coupled with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS2.1 flash storage. For comparison, the
**OnePlus 6T** , Mate 20 Pro, and
**Galaxy Note 9** had scores of 287,776, 307,059 and 235,456. [caption id=“attachment_5722551” align=“alignnone” width=“1280”]

listed on JD.com in China but it seems that it is only a placeholder listing as the price tag of the device is shown to be CNY 9,998 (approx Rs 1 lakh). We expect the device to be priced competitively with the OnePlus 6T. The phone will be announced in Beijing on 26 December while the global launch in Paris is scheduled for 22 January.
