THQ’s upcoming military shooter pushed back by a week.

Homefront  Delayed

Homefront, the modern day military shooter that sees Korea invade America has been delayed by a week. The game was to hit stands for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC by the 8th of March 2011, but due to unknown reasons has been pushed back by a week. THQ is tight lipped regarding the delay but this could have something to do with the fact that EA’s highly anticipated RPG, Dragon Age II, releases on that very same day.

For those who haven’t been following up on Homefront, think of it as THQ’s answer to the Modern Warfare series – sort of. Besides a hefty single player campaign, the game’s draw lies in its large scale, class based multiplayer. Oh and if you do happened to pick up the PC version you can enjoy a bunch of extra features .

Homefront will now release on the Xbox360, PS3 and PC by the 15th of March 2011.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office.
