Like FPS’ this year, the Action genre was largely dominated by sequels rather than brave new IPs. But that’s really not a bad thing as we had tons of good action games this year that made choosing just one game a tough task.

God of War: Ghost of Sparta (PSP)
Midas is about to lose his touch
Continuing Kratos’ legacy on the handheld platform, Ghost of Sparta was perhaps the most awesome PSP game till date. Not to be limited by the technicalities of the PSP, the game soared high with its lofty ambitions to deliver Kratos’ final blood soaked adventure with much aplomb.
