Gmail for Android will now allow users to save attachments directly to Google Drive. Files saved to Drive can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet or computer. On the top of every spam message, Google will now explain why the message was routed to the spam inbox.

For those users, who read languages from right to left like Arabic or Persian, Google has tweaked the position of the profile picture and navigation menu. In an official Google+ post , the company writes, “If you’re an English speaker, you’re used to reading sentences from left-to-right. But there are a lot of languages out there that are written from right-to-left (RTL), such as Arabic, Hebrew and Persian. If you’re a speaker of one of these languages, Gmail on Android now looks and feels the way you’d expect with profile pictures and the navigation menu on the right instead of the left.”

Besides, the app also brings faster side navigation menu. It allows users to swipe from the left edge (or right edge for RTL languages) for quick access to accounts and labels. One will also find Settings, Help, and Feedback in the side menu.

If you haven’t seen any of these features yet, fret not. Google will begin rolling out the update in the next couple of days.
