Google’s Pandu Nayak explains that looking up topics on Google now will return a variety of articles, covering several aspects of the topic in question. Suppose you’re reading an article on censorship, the author says that you’ll find articles from varying publications and authors listed. He adds, “If you're in the mood for something lighter, search for [lego], you'll find great in-depth articles about many different facets of the topic from gender to engineering to art. For some more examples check out new search results for population growth, capital punishment and e-waste.”

During their search, Nayak claims that users will find articles from both well-known and lesser-known publications and blogs.

Among the many things we look for on Google, there are topics that demand more than just threadbare definitions. Giving users in-depth explanations in the main results is a great way to get users to use the platform more. Also, considering that users would find the desired results on the main page itself, they would spend lesser time looking for articles and more time enjoying them.

One of Google’s more popular services, Search has been evolving and getting better. Recently, the company kicked off a new campaign, called Start Searching India, from Chandigarh. The Internet giant is aiming to help Internet users in the country get the most out of Google Search.

The campaign is trying to promote tips and tricks on how to use Google Search better in order to receive instant answers when users enter a query.
