Google Now has received a shiny new set of cards to offer timely updates to users on travel, entertainment, breaking news, and sports scores. Update your mobile device to Google Search app for Android 4.1 and above, by downloading it off the Google Play store.
First among these is the car rentals card that can be used to get reservation details and directions to the rental center directly in Google Now. The concert ticket card is helpful in getting the event tickets ready when users arrive at the venue. It will also show information about popular, locally relevant sites to users while there.

The existing public transit cards on Google Now have been improved this time around. Those of who use it now will be informed about the last train or bus to home too, in addition to the existing details. Additionally, the commute sharing card can be used by users before they leave from work to inform their loved ones that they are on their way back home.
Google Now users can set reminders now while their search. When users are looking for music artists, actors, filmmakers and TV shows on Google, they will be able to spot a “remind me” button on the panel by the search results. Upon clicking it users will get a Google Now reminder for new albums, book releases and/or upcoming TV episodes.
The concert ticket card
Additionally, Google Now features an updated TV card now, wherein it can tell users about the news mentioned and music playing in the TV show they’re watching, as also program information and the show’s cast. Those own a smart TV can tap on the TV card; others can tap on the mic and say “listen to TV”. For its American football fans, Google Now now shows real-time scores for their chosen NCAA team.
