Google Nexus 5X receives a discount of Rs 4000 in India

Google has introduced a limited discount offer for its Nexus 5X in India. On the occasion of Holi, the LG-built Google Nexus 5X will be available at a discount of Rs 4,000 till March 27 and will only be applicable while purchasing the device online via the Google Play Store. After discount, the price for the Nexus 5X 16GB storage variant will be available at Rs 23,900, down from the regular price at Rs 27,900 while the 32GB model will be available at Rs 27,900 which is otherwise, Rs 31,900 respectively. In terms of specifications, the LG Nexus 5X comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display (with a 423pi pixel density) along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset, which has a 64-bit 1.8GHz hexa-core processor with an Adreno 418 GPU. The Nexus 5X comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants and does not come with expandable storage options. On the camera front, Google has added a 1.55 micro pixel size sporting 12.3MP rear camera along with a 5MP front-facing camera. In addition, the device comes with the USB Type-C connector which will support fast charging technology. The smartphone packs in a 2,700mAh battery with Quick Charge support providing up to 3.8 hours of charge in 10 minutes.
