Google Nexus 5X gets massive price cuts, now available online at Rs 24,573

The do-it-all, plastic-clad, Google Nexus 5X is now suddenly a game changer.

The LG-made Google Nexus 5X had indeed won the hearts of many and seems to have got a pretty healthy score in our review as well. One of the problems was its hefty price tag, which starts at a steep Rs 31,990 for the 16GB version. Well, it now seems that LG and Google have addressed just that because the smartphone has received hefty price cuts online with prices starting at as low as Rs 24,573 for the 16GB version. However, the official store doesn't show any price cut.

Yes, everyone’s favourite Nexus 5 replacement has finally got some hefty price cut. The Google Nexus 5X, which was launched at Rs 31,990 for the 16GB variant, is now retailing for Rs 25,249 on Flipkart, while Amazon is selling the same for Rs 25,900. That’s almost Rs 7000 off down from the introductory price.

As for the 32GB variant of the Google Nexus 5X that was priced at Rs 35,990 is now priced at Rs 32,875 on Flipkart and Rs 31,990 on Amazon, which is again Rs 4000 off the original price.

Now all of the above makes the Nexus 5X a real game changer. You get the do-it-all, plastic-clad, Android smartphone with a stock version of Google’s latest and greatest software that is now priced right at Rs 25,000. While many may argue that the OnePlus 2 or the Motorola Moto X Style  do sell for less and offer more, not too many can boast about getting the latest software updates as soon as Google releases them.
