Google integrates its notes app Keep as a core G Suite service with access from Docs

Google has integrated Google Keep into G Suite, complete with Admin controls and access to the notes from within Docs. Keep is a handy note keeping app that lets users quickly and permanently store notes and drawings across devices. Notes from Keep are available as a sidebar in Docs, that lets users drag and drop content from the notes directly into documents. The notes stored in Keep can be searched from within Docs. Through the Keep Docs side panel, new notes can be added to Keep, which can then be accessed through another computer or a smartphone. For enterprise customers, Keep now has the same level of admin controls, technical support and service level commitments as G Suite core services such as Google Drive or Gmail. For domains using Keep, Keep content will be handled as per the G Suite agreement, and Keep will be added as a monitored service to the G Suite Status Dashboard. By default, if administrators have enabled Google Drive for their organisations, Keep will be available. There is an option to turn off Keep, and the access to employees can be revoked, from the admin control panel of G Suite. If Drive is not enabled for an organisation, there is no access to Keep. Keep will be rolling out on all editions of G Suite, and will be available to all users over the next three days. Keep is available as an app for Android, iOS and Windows Mobile.
