Google adds Nexus 5 Snap Case to Play Store; available in five colours for $29.99

If you are bored of the plain looks of your **Nexus 5** then you might want to have a look at its latest accessory launched by Google.   Google has put on sale a new line of protective cases for the Nexus 5 on the Play Store. Called a Snap Case, these are available in black, aquamarine blue, silver, white, and a clear variant. These cases have not popped up on the India Play Store yet.   The snap cases have a minimal design, with no flair. There’s a Google logo at the bottom and look to be made from some kind of plastic. One oddity is that save for the clear case, the other cases hide the Nexus logo on the phone, which is a shame. The Snap Case wraps around the sides and the back of the smartphone. Its bottom and top edges are open for access to the ports.   As expected from Google, the cases are slightly expensive than generic versions found in the market. At $29.99 each, they are not great value for money but look to be of good quality and add mere 14g to the overall weight. If you think this is an accessory that your Nexus 5 deserves then head over to Play Store to get one.
