GoDaddy announces Emoji Domain Search Engine with ASCII magic

GoDaddy has announced the ability to search emoji integrated web URLs using the new project <3<3<3.ws. According to the company, the integrated emoji search was developed by a GoDaddy developer during the GoDaddy TechComm Hackathon in 2016. GoDaddy claimed that emoji integration with URLs is the next step after the usage of emojis in personal conversations and online interaction. The emoji domains are 100 percent compatible with all browsers, and you can search for the available emoji domains by visiting the search page. The project works by converting the emoji’s in ASCII format which worked by using “punycoding.” The project developer clarifies that all the domains registered and generated using the project are Google search result compatible along with compatibility with other GoDaddy services. According to the developer .ws is the only Top level domain supporting emoji domain addresses. According to the developer, before the project was developed, the process to make emoji domains was ‘a pain.’ Developers were required to have detailed knowledge of punycode while registering the domain addresses. <3<3<3.ws , the core of emoji domain addresses removes the complication from the process with an easy to do the search.
