 "Gears of War 2 Not Coming to PC (as of now)")
While Gears of War was an awesome game, its PC port wasn’t all that impressive even though it boasted of additional content. It was bogged down by a number of game breaking bugs one of which actually deleted your saved games.
As expected Epic did get a beat down for this from the masses and maybe that’s why Gears of War 2 won’t be making its way to the PC. Here’s the lowdown from Epic’s Cliffy B in an interview with IGN.com:
“Gears of War is a great franchise first and foremost for Xbox 360, and therefore we’re focusing on that platform for Gears of War 2. We’ve decided we’re not going to do a PC version this time around.”
