But the Windows defrag is plain boring, plus it does not do certain vital stuff like boot time defragging etc. These are 4 very nice, small little freeware software that do a great job of defragging and keeping your PC healthy and smooth. Defraggler
This piece of software is by the increasingly popular Piriform, the same guys who made CCleaner. CCleaner is superb (at cleaning your hard drive including the registry), and so is this Defragging utility they have, called Defraggler. The good thing here is you can select the particular files you want, and plus the overall GUI is very user friendly and intuitive. And yes, it is way faster than the regular Windows defragger.
