Flipkart-exclusive Moto E likely to be available online starting May 14

As the launch day of Motorola Moto E inches closer, the curiosity surrounding the phone is clear. And now upping the ante is the Indian e-commerce site Flipkart which previously sold Moto G and Moto X in an exclusive partnership with Motorola.

Flipkart has posted a tweet regarding the upcoming new phone and even though there is no mention of the phone by name, the outline of the image is in line with the leaked images of Moto E.

Moto E is known to be a watered down version of its best selling Moto G, and we had expected the device to be priced well below Rs 10,000. The phone will go on sale on May 14 on Flipkart, according to the official page.

Adding more mystery to Moto E, a Brazilian retailer has now put up pictures of the upcoming Motorola Moto E. From the looks of it, it’s going to be very similar in design and feel to the Moto G and could come in interchangeable multi-colour shells. According to the retailer, the Moto E will sport a 4.3-inch display, 3G, 5MP rear shooter, 1GB RAM, dual-core Qualcomm chipset and will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
