Firefox 2 Reaches Second Milestone

Everyone’s favorite browser is in a state of constant evolution. Even while it steadily nibbles at IE’s lead in the browser market it is being constantly worked on to improve it i.e. fixing of bugs, introduction of new features etc. The Mozilla foundation last year unveiled its plans for developing version 2 of the browser which is available as a download in its ever changing form every night. Following their own milestone releases they have reached their second milestone release on the way to the final build. A host of changes have taken place from previous builds of Firefox 2.Some of the new features introduced in this beta codenamed Bon Echo Alpha 2 include inline spell checking in text boxes, automatic browser restore in the event of a crash, new search plug-in manager and improvements to the extensions system.
