FIFA 12 Could be an NGP Launch Title

EA Sports’ games, especially the FIFA franchise, have loved consoles for as long as I can remember. It’s not uncommon to see jokes about FIFA releasing for toasters soon, either. So with two new handhelds coming our way, it’s no surprise EA Sports have been readying ports for the 3DS and NGP as well.

That is if Localization Software Engineer Juan Jose Galera Perez’s LinkedIn profile is to be believed. Perez has listed “FIFA 12 (X360, PS3, PS2, PSP, PSP2, PC, Wii, NDS, N3DS), European and Asian SKU” as his current project. Considering FIFA’s yearly release schedule, the game could release as a launch title for Sony’s NGP, much like how PES 2011 was a launch title for Nintendo’s 3DS.
