Feed Om Nom - Festive Season Style

It was only yesterday that we pitted Cut the Rope against Angry Birds in a Grudge Match, but it seems Chillingo are hell bent on upping the ante themselves. Remember when we told you about Angry Birds’ Christmas update and Angry Birds Seasons? Now Cut the Rope is following in its footsteps, or rather is hot on its heels, by releasing Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift – a free standalone app that gives the popular physics-based puzzle game a festive makeover.

’tis the season for giving.

Holiday Gift features 25 new Christmas-themed levels in which players have to once again feed Om Nom some candy. The Christmas theme doesn’t just apply to the graphics or backgrounds though, as the app incorporates music and even a gameplay feature based on the jolly season. Christmas Stockings will now let you teleport candy across the stage - all you have to do is drop the candy into one sock and it will fall out from the other one.
