Having fun sending critter stickers to your friends on Facebook from Messenger? You will now be able to send stickers to your friends even when you’re using Facebook on your desktop now.
You can hit on the smiley icon on your chat window to open up the smiley panel. Scroll through dozens of themed sticker packs to choose the character and expression that fits the situation the best. Once you click on it, the sticker will be sent to your friend. To add more sticker packs to your account, you can hit the basket button to go through the store.

Stickers on the web
The feature was first introduced in April where Messenger for both iOS and Android received the ability to send critter stickers. Even while you were unable to send these stickers from the desktop earlier, you were able to see these big critter emojis on it.
Facebook has actively been adding sticker packs to Messenger ever since its release and even added one dedicated to honcho Mark Zuckerberg’s cute pooch named Beast last week. It even added the Despicable Me 2 sticker pack last week that included critter stickers from the movie.
While the sticker-mania is slowly catching up, Facebook seems to be realising the worth of having time-bound special packs to publicise movies. The idea could be bigger with Facebook including more movies, TV shows and books in the sticker list. We would be more than excited if Facebook would consider Game of Thrones sticker packs.
For those of you wondering why you’re seeing the same old list of smileys on your desktop chat, don’t worry. The sticker feature will be rolling out to users the world over eventually. Meanwhile you can still use stickers from your smartphone Messenger.
Intrigued by all things social, Nishtha will invariably tweet about you. When not tweeting or writing about the next viral video, you will hear her proclaiming her love to Metallica, James Hetfield, Opeth, Akerfeldt and all bands that go 'growl'. She also obsesses about ACP Pradyuman and South Park and you will always find her moving around with a book. Her focus is on all the happening stuff in the tech domain, and she won't hesitate to take a shot at some of the oddball devices that make their way to our labs.
