Legrand India, the global leader in digital and electrical building infrastructure unveiled Innoval in Mumbai on Wednesday. Innoval is the company’s first experience centre where customers can check out the products from Legrand, Numeric and Valrack. Mumbai branch is its first outlet in the Asia-Pacific region. The company is planning to open two more branches in Chennai and Ahmadabad after the Mumbai branch.
Mr. Jean Charles Thuard, the CEO and Managing Director for Legrand India added, “The breadth of Legrand's offer has diversified over the last 20 years in India. It has developed product solution for various industries and its user.” He went on to elaborate Legrand’s plans for the India market by saying, “We are planning to launch multiple experience centres across India for our customers and business partners to experience our various. Customers are evolving and becoming more involved towards the product they are buying. This is a great way to establish dialogues with these new-age modern customers and to showcase new offers.”
The company pointed out that it selected “Innoval” to signify the brand value behind its products. The name signifies ‘Valley of Innovation’ based on the concept of ‘source of End Usage’. Sameer Saxena, the Director of Marketing at Legrand India added, “The idea behind Innoval was to break this down for the customer, by curating the products within a framework of an experiential and interactive narrative that is simpler to comprehend. It may be the first time in India that any B2B brand is taking step towards B2B experience zone for their customer.”
