The past one year has been exciting for Google. The search giant got a parent company and also a new CEO. Trying to be different, of sorts, Google organised its first outdoor event. Though Google was caring by providing sunscreen and water bottles; it wasn’t really the “music festival” that it hoped would get an applause. In fact, many took to Twitter explaining how it was an annoying. Some didn’t like the music, the heat made many disinterested in the keynote making them look out for some shade and livestream the event (not to forget the lack of exciting announcements ) while some others complained about the long queues that ensured they miss sessions. All in all, not a great start for Google, we must say.
