This is probably the most fancy thing to happen to new age deejays who were once jubilant about being able to use their CD collection instead of purchasing 12-inchers and the newer age e-jays who celebrated MP3 playback. The new Denon DN-HD2500 deck lets you scratch CDs, USB hard drives - anything from big fat external drives to tiny flash drives to iPods - and also introduces a hard drive built into the console. The 2.5" drive is a standard laptop hard drive, so you can upgrade it if you run out! The HD2500 also throws in a pretty large LCD that shows you track listing, timing, BPM and other details. You can also connect the deck to a PC or laptop and manage the music using the Denon DJ Music Manager software. This just-announced set of decks will keep looping in our heads for some time as there’s no price announced. Party in the moonlight, waiting for the sunrise…
