Dell has launched the Venue smartphone just a week after its launch in Korea. The smartphone from Dell runs on Android version 2.2 Froyo unlike it predecessor, the Venue Pro, which ran on a Microsoft OS.

The Venue protects its AMOLED screen with Gorilla Glass and has a customized interface called the Stage UI.
