Coolpad Note 3 gets a price cut, now available at Rs 8,499

Coolpad has slashed the price of the Note 3 to Rs 8499 from the previous price tag that read Rs 8999. The device is exclusively available via Amazon. The device will be available at this new price as long as stocks last. The Coolpad Note 3 was recently announced in China and the phone comes with a fingerprint scanner at its back with a 360-degree finger rotation capability. The new phone comes with a 5.5-inch HD display, running on Android 5.1 out of the box and houses the Mediatek MT6753 SoC which has an octa-core processor. This is paired with 2GB of RAM and the Dazen Note 3 comes with 16GB of on-board storage. According to Varun Sharma from Coolpad, the company may just launch the Indian version of the Coolpad Note 3 with 3GB of RAM. Syed Tajuddin, CEO, Coolpad India said, “We are committed in our endeavor to bring exclusive products to the Indian market and you can expect some innovative products from Coolpad soon, we will continue rolling out initiatives for Coolpad enthusiasts across the country by expanding our after sales service network and establishing some offline touch points for robust after sales support, The next few months Coolpad will be making an aggressive leap in both the range of exclusive products for the Indian Market and a strong customer support network,  The recent price roll back is a gift to our loyal customers and their peers that want to experience the Coolpad Note 3 device.” The sub-Rs 10,000 phone segment in India is extremely fierce. Coolpad is relatively newer Chinese vendor, but the company has ensured to bring together the best ingredients possible. Read our complete review to find out more.
