Cooler Master Co., one of the companies dealing in notebook cooling and high-end PC components, has announced the release of two new laptop coolers, the NotePal U Stand Mini and the NotePal X3. While the NotePal U Stand Mini is a versatile cooler-cum-stand, the NotePal X3 is a performance cooler that’s made to ‘chill’ your notebook instantly.
The X3
First let’s have a look at the NotePal U Stand Mini. Crafted from a single piece of aluminium, the U-Stand Mini is aesthetically appealing and goes hand in hand with the sleek aluminium UltraBooks of today. Supporting laptops with 15” screen, the U stand has a solid design and is sturdy to the core. Two 100mm fans do the cooling duty. Both the fans are completely removable and can be fitted right on top of hotspots for localised and effective cooling. Unlike other notebook coolers, the U-Stand Mini is made with versatility in mind. Five height adjustments ensure optimum ergonomic fit and 3-USB port allows connecting peripherals such as keyboard and mouse, transforming your laptop into a comfortable to use desktop machine. Other features include, smart cable manager, adjustable anti-slip holders and ninja-silent fans.
The U Stand Mini
Next up is the NotePal X3.Successor to the popular X2, the new NotePal X3 is aimed at high-performance machines such as gaming laptops. Laced with a 200mm silent fan, this notebook cooler can take on a serious amount of heat. The steel mesh upper ensures even airflow across the bottom of the laptop, thus leaving no hotspots and improving system performance under load. The blue LED light aims to add a touch of geeky-ness for all those hardcore gamers out there. The X3 supports upto 17-inch laptops and the X-shape ensures that the laptop sits perfectly. Other features include, front vents for keeping your hands cool, cable manager for a cleaner desk and UV coating for a nice glow in the dark.
The NotePal U Stand Mini is priced at Rs. 3,199 (MRP), whereas the NotePal X3 is priced at Rs 2,399 (MRP) and carries a one year warranty. Both these notebook coolers are available ex-stock across the country.
