More on the Skype front at CommunicAsia 2010 says that Skype has now made its way to the Sony Ericsson range of mobile handsets. However, according to a report, it seems like only Symbian devices will actually be able to run the app. The handsets that will support the Internet telephony app include the Sony Ericsson Satio, Vivaz and Vivaz Pro. The app will be available for download either directly from Skype or through Sony Ericsson’s PlayNow Arena. As usual, if you’re calling other Skype users, there’s no charge other than for data usage, however appropriate fees will be levied for Skype to Landline or mobile phones of course.

There’s also a bit of good news for Android users as Skype intends to launch a version of their mobile app just for the Google OS. The bad news is, it’s expected sometime at the end of the year.
