Can’t get enough of movies based on survival horror games? Resident Evil and Silent Hill couldn’t satiate those horror pangs? Well, then you may just get what you want from Clock Tower, the movie.

The movie will be based on Capcom’s survival horror franchise of the same name and will feature a young woman who gets a call from her mum warning her not to come home. Like all survival-horror protagonists, she obviously doesn’t heed her mum’s advice and lands up anyway only to “uncover a terrible supernatural truth from her past” (When will they learn, huh?)

The movie will be helmed by Chilean director Jorge Olguin and will be written by Jake Wade Wall (When a Stranger Calls). No actors have been associated with the project till now, nor has any sort of release date been revealed.
