Asus showed off its Transformer all-in-one (AiO), a desktop PC and touchscreen tablet, at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Thursday. But unlike other hybrid PCs and tablets this one has a twist, it dual-boots both Windows 8 OS and Google’s Android.
Tech2, reports that the AiO comes with an Intel Ivy Bridge processor (i3) for Windows 8 and a Nvidia Tegra processor for Android, a graphics card, and an 18.4-inch 10-finger multitouch display. The screen resolution is 1920x1080.
The device usually comes with a stand so it can be used as an All-in-One PC; users can detach the stand to convert the device into a regular tablet.

Users can switch between the operating systems at “the press of a button”, according to Asus. The tablet will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The release date for the Transformer has not been revealed yet, but the AiO is expected to cost $1,299 (approximately Rs 71,000) for the variant with a Core i3 processor, with higher prices for better processors.
