CEO Rajesh Mirjankar takes over role of MD, InfrasoftTech

InfrasoftTech, the digital solutions provider for the banking & financial services sector, has announced the enhancement in role of current CEO Rajesh Mirjankar as Managing Director & CEO of InfrasoftTech. Rajesh takes up this role from Hanuman Tripathi, Founder & ex-Group Managing Director who stepped down recently. Tripathi who was associated with InfrasoftTech for two decades and was instrumental in each milestone of the company, decided to move on to pursue new goals. InfrasoftTech has chartered an ambitious growth strategy to more than double its business in the next 3 years. The company is also rapidly transforming its products and services to help digitize their customers through use of social networks, mobility, analytics and cloud solutions. Innovation, customer-centricity and team-work are the core pillars of this strategy. The company posted 38% increase in profits for FY ending March 2015 with a 23% CAGR. Rajesh was promoted as the CEO of InfrasoftTech in 2010. Prior to this, he was President – UK & Europe operations of the company, spearheading the company’s growth & visibility in the region. Rajesh has very strong customer relationship skills, a collaborative management style and ability to develop innovative technology solutions – an ideal mix to take InfrasoftTech to the next level of growth.
