The company recently rebranded its logo and unveiled Snapdeal Gold which is similar to Amazon’s Amazon Prime and Amazon fulfilled. Snapdeal Gold gives the consumers assurance of fast shipping and pre-shipping checks.
Attractive offers by banks and Snapdeal Gold helped pull record number of users into selecting prepaid options at the time of booking. The company shipped about four lakh packets on the first day from the biggest logistics facility located in Delhi. The second day of the sale experienced 15x growth in ethnic wear category with ‘Kurtas’ and ‘Semi-Stitched suits’ as most popular products for men and women respectively.
According to the statement, the company received orders from more than 16,000 pin codes across the country. The fast shipping offered by Snapdeal Gold is available because to keeping most products quality checked and packaged, ready for dispatch in advance. The company used predictive data analysis to assess the products that will be in demand.
