Capcom Making New Wii Game

Kenji Inafune, Capcom’s mastermind behind games like Onimusha, Dead Rising and Lost Planet has announced a brand new game in development for Nintendo’s Wii according to www.ign.com (who seem to have gotten the scoop for Japanese magazine Gamega). As of this moment nothing’s known about the game except for the fact that Capcom hope to unveil it to the public next year.

Capcom seem to be on a pretty good roll as both Dead Rising and Lost Planet have done pretty well for themselves commercially; in fact these are the very two games that have actually managed to propel Xbox 360 sales in Japan.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
