Canon Launches New Compact Photo Printer

Canon’s new compact photo printer – The PIXMA mini320 compact Photo Printer has the capability of printing 5 x 7 inch prints with resolutions of up to 9600 x 2400 color dp. This is actually the first printer from Canon that’s able to print that size lab-quality prints. The PIXMA mini320 is also equipped with a 2.5 inch TFT LCD display.

Apart from the 2.5 inch display it also has a roll wheel for navigating through the various options available. According to Canon the mini320 would take just around 40 – 50 seconds or so to print a single image. It also uses Canon’s Auto Image Fix technology. The mini320 is also capable of printing via Bluetooth and Pict Bridge. It also has slots for memory cards as well.

The price of the PIXMA mini320 is around Rs. 7436 ($179.99) but there’s no info about its availability.
