Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC pack names leaked

It’s no secret that Call of Duty: Ghosts will be getting new map packs, especially when you consider the fact that not only is it a Call of Duty game, but Activision has also been selling a Season Pass. However, the company has been quiet about the DLC packs that will be making their way towards the games. Apparently, Activision sent an email to CoD Ghosts players where it named the four DLC map packs coming to the game.

According to MP1st , the DLC will be named Onslaught, Devastation, Invasion and Nemesis. The eagle-eyed among us will notice that the first letter of each DLC spells out ODIN, which was a key plot point in the single-player campaign of Ghosts.

Activision has since stopped sending mails out to gamers with the names of the DLC, and has instead opted to just simply notify them about the existence of the upcoming DLC. To that effect, as real-looking as it may sound, we’d recommend taking the information here as seriously as you take any rumour.

Call of Duty: Ghosts was released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC earlier this year. It is also available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as a launch title. The game, developed by Infinity Ward, costs Rs 3,899 on PC and Rs 4,299 on the current-gen consoles. In a cruel twist of fate, it is slightly more affordable through digital distribution platform Steam, where it costs $59.99, which translates to Rs 3,700. The game’s Season Pass is up for grabs through digital on your respective platforms ( Steam for PC), and is priced at $49.99 (Rs 3,140 approx). Check out our review .

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns. see more
