Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has upgraded its postpaid plans now offering users up to six times more free data. The move comes from the state-run operator two days after it launched the Sixer 666 offer for its prepaid users.
will now offer 1 GB of data, instead of 200 MB for subscribers under its 'Plan 225'. 'Plan 325' and 'Plan 525' users, on the other hand, will get 2 GB and 3 GB data respectively, instead of 250 MB and 500 MB data, offered previously. Customers of 'Plan 725' will also receive 5 GB data instead of 1 GB, and those on 'Plan 799' will get 10 GB data instead of the 3 GB offered earlier.
Plan 799 users will also enjoy unlimited voice calling while Plan 525 users, will get talktime worth Rs 450, the company said. The company launched 'Sixer 666' just two days ago which provides unlimited voice calls to any network and 2 GB data per day at 3G speeds, for prepaid users. As the name suggests, the pack is priced at Rs 666, with a validity of 60 days.

Mittal, Director (CM) of BSNL in a press statement, after the 'Sixer 666' pack launch.
BSNL has launched a number of offers over the past two months which provide free voice calls as well as data services at subsidised prices. These include the ‘Triple ACE 333’ and ‘Chauka 444’ launched recently apart from new Eid-ul-Fitr plans.
