Even though BloodRayne managed to carve a fine niche for itself as one of the worst movies ever made, Uwe Boll (the man behind that crapfest) is one persistent SOB and is hell bent on making audiences squirm (in agony that is) with BloodRayne 2.
According to site, comingsoon.com, Natassia Malthe (DOA: Dead or Alive, Elektra) will step into the boots of BloodRayne as Kristanna Lokken is too busy trying to salvage whatever she could of her career after she acted in the first one.
Shawn Williamson of Brightlight Pictures (the movie’s distributors) is pretty optimistic and here’s what he had to say, “BloodRayne 2 marries the vampire, action and Wild West genres, and we are very excited that this movie is going to innovate a fantastic new look.”
“I’m excited to do a sequel to BloodRayne and this time in the Wild West. I’m a big fan of Sergio Leone and John Ford,” added Uwe Boll.
