mdog.com new Mobile Blogging Portal allows bloggers to post and read blog entries, upload photos and respond to comments to any blog from any web-enabled mobile device such as a Blackberry, Treo, Windows Mobile, Sidekick, higher-end Nokia and Motorola Q, thus freeing blogging from the computer and carrier/application limitations.
Users have to only point their mobile browser to mdog.com, select “Blogs”, and enter the blog’s full internet address. Any mobile user can post, upload photos or read blogs on mdog.com, no matter what device, service provider or blog platform he or she uses. Through this portal, blogs on all major blog services (including Blogger, Wordpress, Typepad, Xanga, Blogs.com, AOL Blogs, and Livejournal) are formatted for any Web-enabled mobile device.
mdog.com universally supports all the popular blog types and is provider- and device-agnostic.
“The major blogging services helped make blogging a mass phenomenon by making it easy for non-technical bloggers to get up and running quickly. We believe we can do the same thing for mobile blogging,” said Keith Gerard, founder and president of mdog.com.
Born with the sole aim of correcting people, Sharon took to copy-editing at an early age. In the olden days her methods of correction were rather unorthodox. Don't believe us? Ask the intern who lost two of his er.... Oh ok, I guess we don't talk about that. Now after she got a kid, things have relatively mellowed down. Besides handling the plethora of content that comes out of Tech2, Sharon also handles our sister site, CompareIndia where you can well compare prices of pretty much every electronic item under the sun and CHIP magazine as well, if things weren't heavy enough. She handles a team, all of who seem real happy as long as they're not chained to their desks.
