The price cut, interestingly, comes exactly a year after the Z10 was first introduced in India . The touch-phone comes with a 4.2-inch screen with a  resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and a 2GB RAM. The Z10 houses an 8-megapixel AF camera and a 2-megapixel front facing one. The phone comes with 16GB of internal memory which is expandable to 64GB via microSD. The show’s powered by an 1800mAh battery.

The company also announced a new BlackBerry 10 smartphone for Indonesia today, the BlackBerry Z3 . The phone is a 5-inch device, produced in association with Foxconn, also runs on the latest BlackBerry 10 OS, 10.2.1. The update, also on the Z10, brings huge changes to the platform, as well as native compatibility with Android apps.
