Batman Arkham City (PC) delayed - again

While console gamers explore Arkham City to their heart’s content, PC gamers have been patiently waiting to get into the boots of the Dark Knight once again ever since the PC version got significantly delayed. Many assumed it was to curb piracy while many were of the opinion that Rocksteady were taking that time to apply an added layer of polish. Either way it was frustrating.

Now it seems PC gamers may have to wait a while longer as the game’s been pushed back from the 18th of November to the 22nd of November 2011 for the US and 25th of November 2011 for UK. Since India follows the British calendar for release dates, we’re expected to receive the game by the 25th as well. News of this delay comes via Batman’s Steam page . Rocksteady have yet to give an official statement.

Logically speaking, it’s not much of a delay but to a rabid gamer counting down the hours, an entire week can feel like an eternity. We’ve been there. And it’s painful.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
