What’s up with Facebook and monogamy? You can only be with one girlfriend or wife or fiance or, uh, complicated at a time. Axe has fixed that. So far just in Tunisia. They released a Facebook application through which guys can be “in a relationship” with literally, hundreds of girls. The campaign was designed by Ogilvy Tunisia.

So where are your 206 chicks?
When other users click on that status, they’re taken to the Axe app where they could then rack up their girlfriends too. The app, according to the video below, apparently plays on a ’typical Tunisian male idea’ of “a typically male Tunisian characteristic: bragging about how many girls one can line up.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Axe has used tech to market itself. In another “spray this, land many ladies” mission, they launched “Swipe an Angel” in February, as an iAd for Axe in the UK. The ad allowed users to shed the feathers off and spin around female angels ‘falling from the sky’ by shaking their iPhones.
Paddy does not, we repeat, definitely does NOT belong in the category of Mac-head (yeh right!). She does get excited by her iPhone and her iMac and her iPod Nano and her Macbook and Bali's iPad and her future iHouse (patent pending). Ok, so maybe her head is a little bit forbidden fruit shaped. She likes shooting video (iPhone 4 camera zindabad!) and editing montages (Final Cut Pro zindabad!), whether the scene calls for it or no. In her spare time, she's either kicking it on stage with KB the keyboard or kicking butt at Taekwondo.
