ASUS ZenBook UX430 laptop pricing revealed before official announcement; starts from Rs 74,990 onwards

Asus was all set to announce its ZenBook UX430 series of premium laptops next week, but turns out the pricing details have already been released. The two laptop models, namely ZenBook UX430UA and the ZenBook UX430UQ have prices starting at Rs 74,990 and Rs 93,990 respectively. Image: Asus[/caption] The ZenBook UX430UQ as well as ZenBook UX430UA can be configured using 7th generation Intel Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7 Kaby Lake processors. The RAM configuration can be 4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB DDR4 RAM. The storage configurations can be 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB SSD storage. On the operating system front, you can choose between Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro. Depending on the configurations you choose, the prices will vary. The only thing separating the ZenBook UX430UQ is the fact that it houses a dedicated graphics card in the form of the Nvidia 940MX, in addition to the integrated Intel HD graphics. The 940MX comes with 2 GB DDR3 RAM inside. The two notebooks will come in Royal Blue, Rose Gold, Quartz Grey and Shimmer Gold colour variants. Both ZenBooks come with a 14-inch FullHD display with thin side bezels, which Asus claims gives an 80 percent screen to body ratio. It looks like a 13-inch type frame which fits in more display real estate. In terms of ports, you have the USB 3.0 port, mini HDMI port, an audio jack and a USB Type C port on the left hand side and a USB port and an SD card slot on the right hand side. Both the ZenBooks come with a full size keyboard (although no dedicated numpad). The trackpad also has a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication using Windows Hello. Both the ZenBooks weigh in around 1.25 kg mark and feature an HD webcam onboard.
