The Aston Martin DB11 was launched in India a couple of weeks back and as we reported , the company had organised a special roadshow across the country. Chennai is the latest city that gets a chance to get an exclusive preview of the Rs 4.27 crore machine from the British luxury carmaker. The special show allows fans to get a first-hand look and feel of the car. The dates are as follows: Mumbai from 8th-9th October, Pune from 10th-11th October, Goa from 13th-14th October, Bengaluru from 16th-17th October, Chennai from 19th-20th October and lastly Hyderabad from 23rd-24th October.  Based on the DBX concept car built for the last James Bond movie ‘Spectre’ it was showcased first at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. The car is built with a lighter, stronger and more space efficient bonded aluminium structure. It features a new 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged, front mid-mounted engine, rear-wheel drive V12 engine that can produce 600bhp and develops a peak torque figure of 700Nm. The engine comes with a ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox that allows the car to go from 0-100kmph in just 3.9 seconds. The top speed of the car goes up to 322kmph.  Andy Palmer, Aston Martin CEO said, “DB11 is the absolute embodiment of what an Aston Martin should be and we have worked tirelessly to ensure DB11 combines both exceptional design with the latest technology throughout.”
