Assassins Creed (will mostly be) coming to the 360 and the PC?

I’m just going to come out and say it, Assassins Creed is going to kick major ass, no two ways about that. Not only does the game look brilliant, but the fact that it’ll play like a mix of both Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia, had me jumping around like a schoolgirl at her very first prom. It’s one of Ubisoft’s next-generation titles I’m most stoked about, so when I heard the game maybe a PS3 exclusive, I was a saaad Panda. And now a handful of European gaming sites have announced that the game “will” be out for the Xbox 360 and the PC… Hallelujah. Here’s a quote from one of those sites (it’s translated so the language may appear a bit screwy):

According to our fellow-members of the magazine in PlayerOne line, Ubisoft would have confirmed at the time of the IDEF the 2006 (Interactive DIGITAL Entertainment Festival) development of a version Xbox 360 and PC of its title Assassin’ S Creed. Although announced of exclusiveness on PlayStation 3 at the time of Electronic Entertainment Expo 2006, Assassin’ S Creed should thus indeed be born on other platforms.
