Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag gets Pirate's Life on High Seas trailer

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for its upcoming game Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag. The trailer, titled A Pirate’s Life on High Seas, shows what it means to be a pirate in the world of Assassin’s Creed. The trailer fills us in on the world and the general mood, and is set against a vocals-only version of the song Randy Dandy-O. Check out the trailer:

According to Polygon , the company has also announced the Limted Edition of the game, which will be available for all platforms except for the Wii U. These platforms are the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. The Limited Edition is set to cost $129.99 (Rs 7,712 approx).

The Limited Edition of the game includes a copy of the game, an 18-inch statue of protagonist Edward Kenway, an embroidered 28 x 48 inch pirate flag with the Assassin’s Creed crest, an 80-page art book, a SteelBook case for the game and the full game soundtrack.

Defy the odds

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the Limited Edition will be available on October 29, while the next-gen and PC versions will be released at a later date.

Last month, Ubisoft had announced that the PC version of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag will not be released simultaneously with the console versions of the game. The PC version will be out a few weeks later. This comes as no surprise since the PC version of every Assassin’s Creed game so far has been delayed.

“We’re working hard on the PC version,” Game Director Ashraf Ismail said. “It’s one of the main platforms we’ve worked on in the office … For our PC fans, don’t worry. The game on PC looks phenomenal.”

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns.
