The phone also comes equipped with three sensors – gravity, light, and proximity. The light sensor allows the user to adjust the brightness of the screen to suit the illumination of the surroundings. The proximity sensor turns the screen off during calls. This controls the outflow of infrared rays and saves battery at the same time.

Micro 5 pin, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 A2DP, 3G with 7.2Mbps HSDPA, and 5.76 Mbps HSUPA are some of the connectivity options of the device.

Supporting both English and Hindi languages, the phone has an array of features such as FM radio, music player, sound recorder, Push E-mail, video capture, mobile tracker, calendar, notes, alarm, calculator,  and Traffic Monitor. Gmail, Flipkart, Facebook, India Rail, Google Maps, Nimbuzz, Skype, and YouTube are some of the pre-loaded applications in the phone.

A 1400mAh battery powers the device, which gives you a talktime of up to 3 hours and a standby of up to 140 hours.

Available in black and white colours, the handset can be bought through more than 15,000 distributors and reseller outlets. It is also available at 70 Intex Square exclusive retail stores and at several hypermarkets across the country.

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns. see more
