With Apple's upcoming event just less than 10 days away, leaks and speculations just don't seem to halt. Now, the latest report by 9To5Mac reveals some more details of the Apple TV.

The upcoming Apple TV version 4 will come with enhanced wireless capabilities, allowing users to enjoy iOS games. It will feature two main buttons — a home button and a Siri launcher. The remote can be linked to Apple TV via Bluetooth. It will also support 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard.

Besides, the remote will also feature a touchpad and hardware buttons so that third-party controllers can be linked via Bluetooth. "An iPhone or iPad may also gain the ability to morph into a gaming pad when a game is cast to the TV, much like we see with Android TV," points out TheNextWeb.

The Apple TV is rumoured to retail at a price between $149 and $199. In terms of design, the new Apple TV 4 will be similar to the current model, but will be thicker and slightly wider.

It should be noted that the Apple TV hasn’t been updated since 2012. Another recent report had also pointed out that along with design changes and internal improvements, the device will include a motion sensitive remote control with multi-axis sensors, a touchpad on the top, physical buttons on the bottom and a microphone for Siri as well.
