Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference brings new software and technology updates each year. The company is planning to focus on addressing performance and quality related issues which will delay the release of the iOS 12 in 2019. According to a
report by Axios, Apple will delay few of the features including a refresh of the home screen, in-car user interface, photo-editing, picture-taking and updates related to photo capture to the next year. Apple has been criticised for several security issues and instability spotted on the iOS 11. The company was also criticised for slowing down the iPhones with older batteries. The company will bring few new features including improvements in augmented reality, digital health and parental control, the website reported. report on MacRumors mentions that the macOS will also be affected, but to a lesser degree. The software updates on macOS too will include improvement instead of introducing new features. The website also mentioned that watchOS or tvOS will not be affected. Apple is also planning to integrate its
iOS and MacOS to create one user experience.
